What forms do I need to complete to apply for financial aid?

By completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and responding to any additional requests for documents by the Financial Aid Office, you will be considered for all federal, state and federal work-study programs and loans. Apply early, as some funds run out quickly. March 1st is the priority application date. Students must apply each academic year to be considered for financial aid.

Documents you may need to complete the FAFSA

  • Federal 1040 Income Tax Returns
  • Verification of any untaxed income such as, social security, workers' compensation, welfare benefits, etc.
  • Drivers License
  • Social Security Card
