will I need to complete the financial aid forms?
To apply for financial aid you will need:
- Federal 1040 Income Tax Return and W-2 forms.
- Verification of any untaxed income such as, social security, workers'
compensation, welfare benefits, etc.
- Driver's license
- Social Security Card
