do I mail my forms once they are completed?
- Mail the FAFSA
to the address on the envelope provided with the form.
- If you completed
the FAFSA on-line make sure to follow the directions for creating a signature by using a "PIN" or mailing the
signature page.
- If required documentation is requested by our office mail the information to:

Where
do I mail my scholarship checks once I receive them?
- Make sure before you mail your check to sign it if the check is made payable to you and NIU. .
- You should include a copy of the scholarship letter you received, or make sure that you include your name and student Z-ID so we can apply the check amount to the correct student.
- Send your scholarship checks to:
