All first-time Federal Direct Student Loan borrowers

• must complete a loan entrance interview before receiving proceeds. Follow the link for the specific loan you borrowed. If you borrowed a Direct Stafford Loan and Perkins Loan you will need to complete two separate interviews, one for each loan.
