Special Conditions
In special circumstances, you may request a re-evaluation of your eligibility for financial aid.
- Applying for a re-revaluation does not waive your responsibility for meeting university and non-university costs.
- FAFSA verification must be completed before the re-evaluation will be reviewed.
- If you request a non-need based loan (i.e., Unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loan, PLUS Loan, and/or Alternative Loan) no action will be taken on such a loan until the result of your re-evaluation has been determined.
- If you and your family have any special circumstances that would warrant a re-evaluation of your financial aid based on a significant decrease in your (and spouse's) and/or your parents' income attach a letter of explanation. A new financial aid award notification will be mailed to you if awards are revised as a result of the re-evaluation.
- Processing dates for re-evaluations are from May through November for any academic year.
